At Europe Express, we are dedicated to supporting our valued Travel Advisor partners and your clients. Over the past year, we’ve been working on several exciting projects to improve your experience — and we’re thrilled to share the details with you now!
We’ve doubled the size of our European-based product team to enhance our local expertise and expand our offerings. With eight experienced product managers now based in our Barcelona office — boasting a combined 64 years of experience in leisure travel product — we’re strengthening our network of preferred hotels and adding experiences and transfers in dozens of additional cities to our booking engine. This expansion ensures you have even more incredible options when creating memorable itineraries for your clients.
To better assist you between deposit and departure, we’ve launched a dedicated Travel Advisor Support team. Conversations with many of you revealed that post-deposit support needed improvement. In response, we transformed our booking support system at the end of 2024. Now, after a deposit is made, your Europe Specialist will introduce you to a dedicated Travel Advisor Support Specialist — your primary point of contact for that booking. This specialist will manage booking changes, collect missing information, and address any questions you or your clients may have. Plus, if you frequently book with the same Europe Specialist, you’ll see familiar names as these teams work closely together to ensure consistency and quality service.
We understand that keeping track of contacts for specific bookings can be challenging. To simplify things, we’ve modernized our phone and email systems. Now, when calling us, simply have your booking number handy, and our system will automatically route your call to the right person or department based on your booking’s status. The same applies to email — include the booking number in the subject line, and your inquiry will go directly to the appropriate contact.
We’re not stopping there! In the coming months, we’re excited to unveil a modernized “My Account” and self-service booking engine designed to make managing your bookings easier than ever.
