As we say goodbye to 2024, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible strides we have made at Europe Express this year, all in service of enhancing your experience as trusted travel partners. Together, we have navigated a year of growth, innovation, and transformation—and I could not be more excited about what is on the horizon for 2025.
This year, we prioritized key investments to strengthen our tools, resources, and support. One of the most significant accomplishments was expanding our team with over 30 new roles across multiple time zones. This growth enhances our in-destination support and ensures better availability for you and your clients, positioning us to meet and exceed expectations no matter where or when support is needed.
We also restructured our reservations process to streamline your interactions with us. Once a deposit is received on a booking, your Europe Specialist will introduce you to a Travel Advisor Support Specialist who becomes your dedicated point of contact for follow-ups and questions. This change allows our Europe Specialists to focus on what they do best—crafting flawless, custom itineraries for you and your clients—while ensuring you have a single, knowledgeable resource to assist with booking details. The result has been faster response times and elevated, high-touch service that we know you and your clients value.
Our product offerings have grown substantially as well, guided by our commitment to quality. We have expanded our portfolio of hotels and experiences to include a wider range of properties, from the largest and most iconic destinations to off-the-beaten-path gems. With these carefully curated additions, you can confidently offer your clients travel experiences that are as luxurious as they are memorable. Looking ahead, we have already laid the groundwork to grow this offering even further in 2025.
Technology was another area of focus for us this year. To better connect with you and your clients, we introduced a state-of-the-art phone system that ensures your calls are routed quickly, efficiently, and accurately, so you always reach the right person at the right time. Additionally, we launched a redesigned website featuring enhanced search functionality, sample itineraries, and educational resources, all designed to simplify your experience and help you close sales with greater ease.
Beyond these exciting developments, I want to highlight the dedication and expertise of our Europe Specialists, whose tenure and knowledge remain one of our greatest strengths. Their passion for curating exceptional travel experiences continues to set us apart.
As we look forward, I am thrilled to share some of the exciting initiatives we have planned. As of just this week, you will see sleek and modernized itineraries that are easy to share and more impactful than ever. Coming soon, we will launch a new advisor-facing technology platform to streamline the booking process. These enhancements are part of our continued effort to provide you with tools that support your success and allow us to serve your clients with excellence. There are still more exciting updates in the works, which will be announced in 2025!

With a passion for bringing alive and sharing the joy of personalized travel, Parik founded an experiential travel company, Enchanting Travels in 2004, which was acquired in 2019 by Travelopia, the parent company of Europe Express. Parik has an undergraduate degree in finance from the Ohio State University. Prior to his experience in the travel industry, Parik worked as a business consultant at a leading boutique consulting firm in Washington, DC before earning his MBA degree from INSEAD in France. Parik has lived in and traveled through multiple countries around the world. He is also a member of Travelopia’s Executive Leadership Team and is based in Denver, Colorado.
