Small Group Tour - Tuscany by Bike: Full Day Tuscany Bike Tour
Cycling and nature enthusiasts will enjoy exploring the beautiful Tuscan countryside on this day-long bike tour. The adventure begins with guests traveling to a designated meeting point to pick up their electric bikes. Having met their guide and donned their helmets, guests will hop on their bikes and set off at a steady pace towards the countryside. Traveling in a small group ensures an intimate and immersive experience. The route will take them across golden fields and lush, rolling hills dotted by cypress, along olive groves, and sprawling vineyards surrounding rustic farmhouses. As they pedal, guests can take in splendid views of medieval castles, hillside villas, and beautiful panoramas of Florence from elevated vantage points. Along the way, guests will stop at a villa estate for a guided walking tour of the vineyards. There, guests will view the ancient wine cellars and the old “orciaia” beneath the medieval tower, where olive oil used to be made. Out in this beautiful, sun-drenched setting, they will enjoy a delicious Tuscan meal. Afterward, the tour will continue on the electric bike past more of the verdant countryside and picturesque hilltop towns. At the end of the day’s adventure, guests will be dropped back to Florence.
