Shared Full Day Normandy, the D-Day Tour by Minibus
On this day-long tour, guests will travel to the beaches of Normandy in a deluxe air-conditioned vehicle, embarking from Paris on a poignant journey through World War II history. The first stop is the dramatic cliffs of Pointe du Hoc, where 225 Rangers courageously landed on June 6, 1944, confronting a key German stronghold. Next, they will visit the American Cemetery in Colleville-sur-Mer, overlooking Omaha Beach, which features over 9,000 perfectly aligned white crosses spread across 170 acres. A chapel and memorial create a reflective space for honoring those lost. The tour continues to notable WWII sites, including Arromanches with the remnants of the artificial harbor (Mulberry Bridge) and Longues-sur-Mer, home to a German artillery battery that retains its guns, showcasing the formidable Atlantic Wall.
