Start your time with a visit to La Spezia’s wonderful market with fresh fish and seafood as well as seasonal regional vegetables from tomatoes to asparagus, to mushrooms or artichokes. After the market visit you will walk to the restaurant where the lesson will take place. You will help the chef create traditional dishes using local ingredients. Once the cooking is finished enjoy a delicious lunch.
