On this guided walk, guests will discover the gourmet Yuletide fare on offer at some of the most popular bakeries, pâtisseries, and traditional chocolateries in the city. In the afternoon, guests will make their way to the Yves Saint-Laurent Boutique, at 6 place Saint-Sulpice, to meet their guide and begin their tour. Guests will stroll down the Parisian neighborhood of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, while their local food guide introduces them to some of the city’s best gourmet winter treats. Paris is famous for its éclairs, strawberry and custard mille-feuille, and French vanilla macarons, and depending on availability, guests will be able to sample some of this at a local pâtisserie. They can also visit chocolateries that offer a wide variety of delicious sweet treats and select their favorites from the options available. Along the way, their guide will fill them in on French holiday traditions. Guests will also be encouraged to try traditional winter fare like the Bûche de Noël, or Christmas Log, spiced gingerbreads, and delectable nougats, washed down with hot beverages.
