Small Group: Rome in One Day Guided Colosseum and Vatican Museums Tour
This small-group tour offers a full day of discovery, showcasing Rome’s most celebrated landmarks. Guests will meet near the Colosseum, where their expert guide will introduce them to the ancient theater's fascinating history, including its role as a gladiator battleground. The journey will continue to the Roman Forum, once the heart of Roman public life, and Palatine Hill, the birthplace of Rome's mythological founders. Thanks to skip-the-line access, guests will have more time to explore these historic sites.
After a midday break for lunch or snacks on their own, the adventure will resume at the Vatican Museums, home to a world-renowned collection of art and history. In the Sistine Chapel, guests will witness Michelangelo’s iconic frescoes. The tour will end at St. Peter's Square in Vatican City, where guests will have the option to explore further on their own or leave with lasting memories of Rome's iconic landmarks.

Important Information:
-Access to St. Peter's Basilica is possible at the end of the tour and must be done on your own. Please note it is not possible to enter the Basilica on Wednesdays because of the Papal Audience or on religious holidays and during special events.
– Group size: Maximum 10 participants.
– Guests need to bring their passports to enter Vatican and the Colosseum as no other ID is accepted. The Vatican and the Colosseum has the right to deny entrance to anyone who cannot verify their identify.
– If the guests have a metal-coated pacemaker, they must show their pacemaker ID card at security checkpoints.
– Visitors must dress appropriately; avoid shorts, low-cut blouses, and uncovered shoulders.
– Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking on uneven surfaces.
– Backpacks, rucksacks, large personal bags, and luggage, are banned inside the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and Roman Forum.
– This tour does not operate on the following days: First Sunday of each month, religious holidays, January 1 and 6, February 11, March 19, Apr 1, May 1, August 15, November 1, December 8, 25, and 26.
