Small Group: Pizza Making Course in Rome
For this culinary adventure, a limited number of participants will meet in the heart of Rome's charming Trastevere neighborhood. The lesson will take place at the popular 'Lo Studio' Restaurant, where guests will learn the art and science of baking the perfect Italian pizza. Under the guidance of one of the renowned 'Fabiolous' chefs, they will dive into the world of traditional Italian pizza-making. During this 90-minute interactive class, participants will discover the secrets of crafting authentic pizza dough from scratch, mastering kneading techniques and learning how to let it rise perfectly. The chef will share tips on how to dress the pizza, allowing guests to get creative with toppings using fresh ingredients. Once their pizzas are baked, participants will savor their homemade creations alongside their choice of wine, soft drink, or water. This hands-on experience is a delightful way to embrace Italy’s culinary traditions, suitable for all ages. The class concludes with everyone feeling proud of their creations and leaving with a newfound appreciation for pizza making.

Inclusions: Dinner with bruschetta, pizza, and dessert, water and wine or soft drink. This is subject to change depending on the day of the tour.
