Small Group: Cooking Class in Mazzano
This tour takes guests to the Roman countryside, where they can discover the culinary traditions of the region with a cooking session. In the morning, participants will make their way to the meeting point to board a private vehicle for the hour-long drive to Mazzano Romano. Upon reaching this charming medieval village, they will head to a sprawling farm that has its own vegetable and spice garden, and fresh eggs. Guided by the host, guests will handpick the ingredients necessary for the day’s cooking class before heading to the kitchen. Under the expert guidance of a local chef, they will learn the intricacies of preparing a traditional, multi-course Italian meal. The step-by-step process ensures that participants gain a thorough understanding of the techniques and processes involved in making each delicious dish. Later, they will sit down to relish a relaxed meal featuring the dishes they prepared before it is time to drive back to Rome.
