On this interactive tour, guests will discover the secrets of Neapolitan pizza making in the heart of Naples. Located near the historic center, Mercato Maggiore offers a cozy setting where guests will join a professional chef to learn the steps behind crafting an authentic pizza from scratch. After a brief introduction to the history and techniques of pizza making, guests will dive into the dough-making process and learn to assemble pizzas in the traditional Neapolitan style. They’ll choose between classic Marinara or Margherita, and while their pizzas bake, they will enjoy a delicious three-course meal, with their creation served as the main dish. As they savor each bite, participants will discover why Naples is considered the pizza capital of the world. By the end of the experience, they will leave with a sated appetite and newfound knowledge of how to bake the perfect pizza. The tour will conclude at the starting point, giving guests free time to explore more of the city.
