Shared Tour: Positano and Amalfi Coast by High-Speed Train
Italy’s Amalfi Coast is a bucket list destination, and you can experience the Southern Italy splendor in one day. Traveling by high-speed train from Rome to Salerno, take in the breathtaking sights by ferry to Amalfi. The iconic Mediterranean landscape includes stunning cliffs amidst magnificent waters, lush vineyards and orchards, and an abundance of fascinating landmarks. You’ll have time to explore the many town sites, shops and cathedrals before boarding a ferry to Positano.
Once you step off your transport into this beloved oasis, you can soak in the sun at several of Positano’s celebrated beaches including the Marina Grande beach, Fornillo beach, and Arienzo beach. Walk in the dark sands while gazing at the sapphire waters and colorful houses dotted along the cliffs. After venturing through Positano for approximately 2 1/2 hours, you’ll head back to Salerno by boat and then take your seat on the high-speed train to arrive in Rome around 8:30 PM.
