This guided group tour takes you to Pompeii and Herculaneum, two of the world’s greatest archaeological sites. Buried by Mt Vesuvius almost 2,000 years ago, these UNESCO-listed sites offer a fascinating and at times haunting insight into ancient Roman life.
To begin, your guide will lead you through the streets of Pompeii and show you the richly decorated villas of the Roman upper classes, as well as public spaces such as the Forum.
Then, after lunch, you’ll head to the archaeological site of Herculaneum, a seaside escape for Rome’s wealthiest citizens.

This tour is provided on a reserved basis prior to departure. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company upon arrival to reconfirm their tour.
