Shared Tour: Guided Visit of the Louvre Museum with Priority Access - Walking Tour PM
On this afternoon tour, guests will explore the famous Louvre Museum in Paris. This museum is housed within the magnificent Louvre Palace on the banks of the River Seine and is home to some of the most canonical works of Western art created by legendary artists. At the start of the walking tour, participants will meet with a knowledgeable guide at the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, located across the road from the museum. With priority access, they can skip the queues and begin their exploration immediately. Inside, they will visit sections such as the medieval fortress and the modern pyramid. A highlight of the tour is the sighting of the incredible ‘Mona Lisa’ by Leonardo da Vinci. Numerous artifacts from the Hellenistic period, Egyptian antiquities, and exquisite examples of Islamic art are also exhibited in the museum. As they continue to explore, guests will learn anecdotes and details about each artwork and its creator from their guide. At the end of the guided tour, they can continue exploring the museum on their own or be escorted back to the starting point from where they can make their way to the hotel.
