Shared Tour: Florence Wonders Walking Tour with Accademia AM & Uffizi Gallery PM Guided Visits with Skip the Unbooked Line Entrances and Lunch
Skip the line and immerse yourself in the art of Michelangelo on a shared guided tour of the famed Accademia Gallery, home to some of his most renowned work including the David, San Matteo and Palestrina Pietà. Then begin your walking tour in the Medici district, where the famous Florentine family lived and where many are interred today. Visit the Duomo monumental complex to admire the golden Porta del Paradiso, famous Brunelleschi Dome and elegant Gioto bell tower. Take in the imposing Church of Orsanmichele, experience the picturesque Straw Market and walk the romantic Ponte Vecchio bridge. Wander the Piazza Signoria, a historic square with some of the most famous symbols in Florence like the Fountain of Neptune and the embattled tower of Arnolfo. After a group lunch in the heart of the city, visit the Uffizi Gallery to admire art by Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, Giotto, Cimabue, Masaccio and many others.
This tour is provided on a reserved basis prior to departure. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company upon arrival to reconfirm their tour.
Duration:
Approximately 1 hour inside Accademia Gallery, 1 hour and 30 minutes for the guided walking tour and 1 hour and 30 minutes inside Uffizi Gallery. (Approximately 5 hours 45 minutes in total with free time for lunch between tours).
Meeting Point:
For the Accademia visit: at the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti. An Assistant will be waiting for you wearing blue clothing with CAF Tour logos.
For the Walking Tour: at Via Martelli, 50r – in front of Cafè Firenze. An assistant waits for you wearing blue clothing with our logos Caf Tour & Gray Line Florence.

Check in time:
15 minutes before the booked entrance time, 30 minutes before for Uffizi Gallery and lunch. In case of delay it will not be possible to get the time-entry ticket and Museum access, nor to have a refund or reschedule the entry.

Inside the Uffizi Gallery
Departures:
8:30 AM; Walking Tour: 10:00 AM; Lunch: 12:00 PM; Uffizi Gallery: 3:30 PM. The walking tour of Florence follows the Accademia visit. Operating daily except Mondays.

No large bags or backpacks are allowed in the gallery.After free time for lunch, you will need to make your own way to the Uffizi Gallery for the afternoon portion.Reduced or free child tours/tickets will require showing ID to prove age or you will have to pay the full amount locally.
During periods of increased inflow of visitors, despite our reservations, the admission to the museums may be subject to delays, mainly due to security reasons for which the access to the museum is regulated according to the number of people inside it. Based on the above reasons any possible delay cannot be attributable to Europe Express or Caf Tour & Travel responsibility.
