On this tour, guests spend an enchanting day exploring the dramatic landscapes of the Scottish Highlands, visiting a whisky distillery, sampling a wee dram, and watching a performance of The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. Early in the morning, guests will make their way to 60 High Street, to meet their guide and board their tour coach. They will drive through the city of Stirling, riding past the medieval Stirling Castle and other historic monuments. Guests will reach the magnificent rolling hills dotted with glens, lochs, and highland rivers, while listening to heroic tales of William Wallace and Rob Roy. Here, they will explore popular sites like Dunkeld Cathedral, and Hermitage Forest Walk. They will also visit Black Linn Falls overlooked by towering Douglas firs. Later, they will stop by a local distillery for a whiskey tasting session, learning all about the Scottish national drink. Guests return to Edinburgh in time to enjoy some time on their own, and make their own way to watch the unforgettable Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo on the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle.
