Shared Tour: Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill Afternoon Walking Tour
This exciting exploration of ancient Roman landmarks will begin at the Arch of Constantine. Guests will meet their knowledgeable guide and embark on a walking tour of iconic attractions such as the Colosseum, believed to be the largest standing amphitheater in the world. The Roman Forum, the site of several ancient primeval government buildings, and Palatine Hill, the oldest inhabited part of the city, are the other highlights. With skip-the-line tickets, guests will bypass the queues and immediately access the archeological area. There will be headsets provided so they can listen to the guide’s narrative about the founding of Rome and the city’s historic and bloody gladiatorial contests. The tour will continue along Via Sacra or the Sacred Way, past the impressive Temples of Vesta Antoninus and Faustina. Also on the itinerary are the Basilica Julia and Basilica Emilia, counted among the most beautiful buildings of their age. The tour will conclude in the archeological area, leaving guests with a deeper understanding of the powerful Roman Empire at its prime.

- Backpacks, rucksacks, large personal bags and luggage are banned inside the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and Roman Forum.
