On the largest of the Bavarian lakes, Chiemsee, take a boat ride to the Herreninsel. Here you will visit King Ludwig II’s castle Herrenchiemsee, a replica of the Palace of Versailles. Your journey continues by boat to Fraueninsel with a visit to the Benedictine church and take a walk on the island.
