This tour is provided on a reserved basis prior to departure. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company upon arrival to reconfirm their tour.
Duration:
Approximately 1 hour in Accademia Gallery and 1 hour inside Uffizi Gallery. (Lunch will begin from 1:00PM and there will be 1 hour of free time between gallery visits).
Meeting Point:
For Accademia Museum, at the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti.
For the Uffizi Gallery, at Caf Tour & Travel Store & Welcome Point – via dei Tavolini 15red – 50122 Florence.
For the lunch at Restaurant Buca Niccolini – Via Ricasoli, 5, 50122 Firenze FI. An assistant will be waiting for you wearing blue clothing with Caf Tour and Gray Line Logos.

08:30 AM for Accademia; 12:00PM for Uffizi; Lunch begins from 1:00 PM. Operating daily except Mondays.
Check in time:
15 minutes before the booked entrance time. It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to get the time-entry ticket and Museum access, nor to have a refund or reschedule the entry.

Additional Information:
Minimum 2 people for tour to operate. Maximum around 15 people per guide.
Security personnel at the metal detector are to confiscate any bottled or canned beverages; drinking is not permitted in the exhibition rooms.
No large bags or backpacks are allowed in the gallery.
First portion of tour ends inside Accademia Gallery, so you may have more time to explore on your own before you make you way to lunch and to the Uffizi Gallery for the second portion.

Reduced or free child tours/tickets will require showing ID to prove age or you will have to pay the full amount locally.
During periods of increased inflow of visitors, despite our reservations, the admission to the museums may be subject to delays, mainly due to security reasons for which the access to the museum is regulated according to the number of people inside it. Based on the above reasons any possible delay cannot be attributable to Europe Express or Caf Tour & Travel responsibility.
