Private Tour: Normandy D-Day Tour from Bayeux - 1:00PM - 2 hours
Guests embark on a historic journey via vintage motorbike to pay homage to the sites World War II’s June 6, 1944 Normandy landings, better known as 'D-Day.' Guests can choose from three exclusive tour options: 2 hours, half a day, or a full day with one to two passengers per sidecar to ensure an intimate and immersive experience. The tour highlights include an exploration, led by knowledgeable guides in either English or French, of Operation Overlord’s iconic sites, such as the artificial harbor of Port Mulberry B at Gold Beach, the German W48 Battery, and Operation P.L.U.T.O. site in Port-en-Bessin. The tour ends at the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial where guests can pay their respects to American soldiers who died in Europe during WWII and hear stories of their heroism during the Battle of Normandy, known as the largest amphibious invasion in military history.
This tour is provided on a reserved basis prior to departure. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company upon arrival to reconfirm their tour.

Your tour will include your choice of one polaroid or one map of Bayeux. Extra souvenirs such as a silk scarf or personalized magnet are available for an additional fee to be paid locally.
The minimum legal age for the pillion passenger (behind the driver) is eight years and five for the sidecar passenger. Maximum waiting time in case of passenger are late: 20 minutes
Helmets are compulsory in France. All helmets are connected by a bluetooth set for communication with the other passenger and the driver. The helmets are cleaned and sterilized daily, and bathing caps can be provided if desired.
The drivers are expert and experienced and the bikes are large pleasure bikes, not sports bikes.
Important:
Due to the devastating fire that has damaged the Notre Dame Cathedral, all tours taking place in the center of Paris may be adapted to work around the disturbances and limitations accessing the affected area.
Note: Additionally, the inside of the Cathedral will be inaccessible until further notice and access to its surroundings cannot be guaranteed to visitors. Thank you for your understanding.
