Private Paros in a Nutshell Tour
This fun private tour will have guests blend sightseeing with hiking on the island of Paros. Guests will set off from their hotel in a private vehicle and drive to the old market area and port of Naoussa. There, they will view beautiful whitewashed Cycladic houses with blue doors lining the narrow pedestrianized streets. Next, guests will journey to the traditional village of Lefkes where stone alleyways are lined with lovely examples of neoclassical architecture. The hike along the herb-scented Byzantine Way begins from this ancient hamlet. Constructed in medieval times, this marble paved path was once part of a central road across the island, linking Parikia to Lefkes and Piso Livadi. Over the next hour and a half, participants will walk across the unspoiled Parian countryside, going up gentle slopes, and taking in splendid views of the village and the sea. The hike culminates at Prodromos village, a quaint settlement, where guests can savor Greek coffee and sweets before returning to their hotel.
