Guests will spend a scenic morning walking around Montjuic Hill accompanied by a private tour guide. Overlooking Barcelona, Montjuic Hill provides spectacular views of the city along with interesting sightseeing opportunities. The guide will take guests to the top of the hill in a cable car that offers panoramic views of the surroundings. The first stop will be the majestic Montjuic Castle, one of old Barcelona’s most important defensive sites with beautiful green lawns and weathered walls. The tour continues downhill to the 1992 Olympic Summer Games venues, including the famous Olympic Stadium. Guests can walk around the National Museum of Catalan Art, an Italian-style building dating back to 1929, boasting a stunning dome that was inspired by St. Peter’s Basilica. The tour will conclude with an exploration of Plaza Espana, one of the city’s most popular squares.
