Guests will spend the day exploring the sparkling Lake Como, overlooked by the snowy Alps in Italy’s Tremezzina region. After breakfast, they will be picked up from their hotel and driven to the dock. They will begin their tour with a private boat ride up to Bellagio, admiring the beautiful lakeshores. The boat will pass by stunning villas with dreamy gardens overlooking the lake, and ferryboats and speedboats cruising the azure waters. They will spot the landmark Villa Balbianello, filmed in countless movies. They will also see the Villa Carlotta, where famous 19th century authors like Henry James are said to have penned their masterpieces. At the lakeside town of Bellagio, guests can explore the colorful waterfront and stroll down the lanes lined with shops and boutiques. If they wish, they can also enjoy an espresso, a gelato, or a traditional lunch with prosecco at a local café or trattoria. After taking the cruise to Cadenabbia, guests can explore the historical attractions in the city center before returning to their hotel at the end of the tour.
