Private: Half Day Amalfi Tour with Guide from Ravello
On this private tour, guests will discover the picturesque town of Amalfi in southern Italy. Set against a backdrop of dramatic cliffs, it was once part of a powerful maritime republic. In the afternoon, guests will travel in a private vehicle along the scenic UNESCO-listed Amalfi Coast. On reaching the quaint settlement, they will enjoy touring the town with their knowledgeable guide leading the way. Guests could visit the medieval Saint Andrew’s Cathedral, which features a mix of architectural styles such as Gothic, Romanesque, and Byzantine. Also on the itinerary is the iconic campanile or bell tower – the only surviving part of the church dedicated to Santa Maria Bambina. Another highlight is the 13th-century Capuchin convent built into the cliffside that now houses a luxury hotel. Once the tour concludes in the evening, guests will be driven back to Ravello.
