On this tour, travelers will discover Athens through its key historical sites. Starting at the Panathenian Stadium, built for the first modern Olympics in 1896, they’ll then visit the Temple of Zeus, a massive ruin dedicated to the king of the Olympian gods. Next, guests will pass through the National Gardens and stop at the Greek Parliament to see the Evzones guards and, if timed right, witness the ceremonial changing of the guard. From there, travelers will head to the Acropolis to explore iconic sites like the Parthenon, Propylaia, and the Temple of Athena Nike, with a personal guide offering insights into the history and legends behind these ancient monuments.
