Pasta Making Cooking Class with Gelato- Afternoon 3PM
Ready for being crazy for pasta? An immersive class of the most known Italian dish, sustainable and respectable of the environment and everything is part of the cycle of life. From the ground to the table, from ancient knowledge to innovative techniques get into a new world where economy and eco-sustainability are friends and walk together for a bright future. The most famous Italian specialty is surely the hand made pasta from the scratch like tagliatelle or spaghetti alla chitarra, but even traditional recipes like gnudi or ravioli . You will prepare 2 of this delicious first course with 2 seasonal sauce like carbonara, pesto, pomarola … Yummy!! Then it’s time for you to prepare a special Italian dessert with a superb version of gelato made with local and seasonal ingredients; learn from our entertaining and knowledgeable chef where the best ones are produced and which natural colors can be used to create your favourite flavours and about the heating and freezing techniques. And then you will obviously eat the delicious meal you prepared yourself, accompanied with two glasses of wine. A digital booklet with recipes your Graduation Certificate will let you cook for your friends once you get back home, as a real Italian apprentice chef!
