Terms and Conditions
- Policy Run Dates: August 1st to October 31st, 2024.
- Details: Planning a dream trip should be stress-free! Bookings confirmed more than 10 months before departure are covered under our exclusive ‘Plan with Confidence’ policy. If your clients can’t find flights within their budget and decide to cancel, we’ll waive our non-refundable $250 per person planning fee. Note: This does not apply to services requiring a deposit at booking (e.g., rail, high-demand sightseeing, intra-European flights, etc.).
- Offer Validity: Until 9 months prior to the departure date. All other standard terms and conditions remain unchanged.
- Example: For a trip departing September 1, 2025, with a return on September 15, 2025, flights will be available starting October 16, 2024. To benefit from this program, clients must inform us of their cancellation by December 1, 2024.
- Tracking: A note will be added at the top of the booking: Europe Express Plan with Confidence – Refundable Deposit Expires: December 1st, 2024.
