Meet the Senior Leadership Team

With a passion for bringing alive and sharing the joy of personalized travel, Parik founded an experiential travel company, Enchanting Travels in 2004, which was acquired in 2019 by Travelopia, the parent company of Europe Express. Parik has an undergraduate degree in finance from the Ohio State University. Prior to his experience in the travel industry, Parik worked as a business consultant at a leading boutique consulting firm in Washington, DC before earning his MBA degree from INSEAD in France. Parik has lived in and traveled through multiple countries around the world. He is also a member of Travelopia’s Executive Leadership Team and is based in Denver, Colorado.

Favorite European vacation destinations: Île-de-France in France and Rome, Italy

Carrie’s love for travel began during her undergraduate years at the University of Illinois where she studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain.  Upon receiving her undergraduate and Masters in Accounting, she began her career in Chicago at Ernst & Young, providing audits for private and public companies.  From there, she moved on to Basis Technologies, a start-up in the ad-tech space, where she spent over 10 years scaling the finance function to support 10x growth in an ever-changing industry.  She obtained her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and she served as CFO of private equity backed software companies, Advicent and ContinuumCloud before combining her passion of travel, finance and great culture and taking on the CFO role at Europe Express.  She has traveled across 6 continents and has visited 37 counties and currently resides in Michigan with her husband, 2 dogs and 3 cats.  Along with her husband, she is bringing a taste of the world to the region through their food truck “King Street Food” with globally inspired fare and looks forward to more travel.

Nick grew up in Anchorage, Alaska. He began his career in the travel industry working summers for Princess Tours in Anchorage while attending Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota. After college, he spent two years teaching middle school math in the Phoenix area before moving to Seattle and beginning a full-time career in the cruise industry. Nick served as West Coast Operations Director for Metro Cruise Services, a vendor providing turnaround services to the cruise industry across the U.S. In this role, Nick worked with nine major cruise lines in ports up and down the west coast. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.

Favorite European vacation destinations: Amsterdam, Netherlands and Corfu, Greece

With a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Cornell University, Rebecca brings her wealth of experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, DE&I and people partnership to our team. Her nine-year-old daughter Reagan keeps her busy with ballet classes, go-kart racing, and having fun. In her free time Rebecca enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, and going to concerts. She and her husband are originally from Erie, Pennsylvania but have also lived in Redondo Beach, CA and have called Houston home for the last 13 years.

Favorite European vacation destination: Paris

Stephanie earned her undergraduate Economics degree from the University of Texas at Austin. White at UT, Stephanie had the opportunity to study abroad in Seville, Spain. Her time abroad furthered her passion for travel. Stephanie also earned her MBA from the University of Houston with a focus in leadership. Upon receiving her undergraduate degree, Stephanie began her career at United Airlines in airfare pricing analytics. From there, she worked at General Electric, developing pricing models for international turbine sales. While at Home Depot, she gained experience in ecommerce pricing and developing long term strategy plans. Prior to Europe Express, Stephanie was at Sysco where she focused on revenue management and business transformation. Stephanie enjoys visiting new places while traveling. Her favorite travels include journeys that require long hikes with scenic views. Stephanie currently resides in The Woodlands, TX with her husband, son, daughter, and rescue dog. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys going on family bike rides, cheering for her son during t-ball games, and reading long book series.

Favorite European vacation destination: Jungfrau Region in Switzerland

Raised in Turin, Italy, Cristina moved to Barcelona more than 15 years ago by “accident” and fell in love with the city so much, she left everything behind and changed her career. Prior to joining Europe Express, Cristina had experience specializing in Professional Congress Organizers (PCO), Meeting and Incentive Travel (MICE), and six years as an Operation Manager for Groups in a Destination Management Company (DMC). After four years as an Operation Manager for Groups at the DMC office for Europe Express in Barcelona, Cristina now leads Travel Services Europe as the Managing Director. In her spare time, she enjoys a steady schedule at the gym and cooking Italian cuisine.

Mark’s passion for international travel began during his post-college adventures across Europe. While there, he developed a love for connecting with locals and travelers while interacting with a variety of new cultures. He has more than 25 years of sales and partnership experience, working for a variety of experiential DMCs and tour operators including AmeriCan Adventures, Contiki, Adventure Tours Australia, Travel Indochina, Insider Journeys, Trafalgar, and Brendan Vacations. He also spent four years living and working in the UK. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and going to the park with his wife and daughter.

With a knack for building standout marketing strategies, Kelli has spent over 10 years driving growth for luxury hospitality and travel brands. She comes to Europe Express as a former Director of Marketing at publicly traded Inspirato, where she led innovative, multi-channel B2B campaigns that elevated brand visibility and boosted customer engagement to new heights. Known for blending creative storytelling with data-driven insights, Kelli has a reputation for turning bold ideas into measurable results. When she’s not crafting her next marketing strategy, Kelli is dreaming up her next vacation, which she enjoys most with her husband and two young daughters. Currently based in Kansas City, her alma mater is the University of Kansas, she continues to channel her love for travel and marketing to help brands thrive in competitive global markets.
