Passport to Perks Terms and Conditions
- The Passport to Perks Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”) is made available by EEFC, Inc. (“Europe Express”) to all registered travel agents who reside in a jurisdiction which legally permits participation in the Rewards Program other than Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk People’s Republic, Iran, Luhansk People’s Republic, North Korea, or Syria (“Travel Advisor”) subject to, and in accordance with, these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
- Each booking which is made by a Travel Advisor with Europe Express that departs on or after January 1st, 2025 shall count towards accessing the Membership Tiers (as defined in paragraph 7) and, once the Points (as defined in paragraph 3) are credited to the Travel Advisor’s account, will provide the Travel Advisor with access to the specific rewards for each Membership Tier, as further particularised in Schedule 1 to these Terms and Conditions (“Rewards”).
- For each United States Dollar (USD $) which is spent on a booking with Europe Express, the Travel Advisor shall earn points under the Rewards Program (“Points”). Each United States Dollar that is spent on a confirmed booking shall earn the Travel Advisor 0.01 Points. For example, a booking of $10,000 shall earn the Travel Advisor 100 Points.
- The Points shall show as pending in the Travel Advisor’s account from the date that the booking is confirmed by Europe Express and shall only be credited to the Travel Advisor’s account once the booking has departed. Once the booking has departed the credited Points shall no longer show as pending. Once the Travel Advisor is in the applicable Membership Tier, the Travel Advisor will then be able to redeem all credited Points against their chosen Rewards.
- No Points can be used to benefit from any of the Rewards until (a) the travel on the booking has departed and the Points have been credited to the Travel Advisor’s account, and (b) the Travel Advisor is in the applicable Membership Tier which entitles them to redeem their credited Points against the available Rewards. For the avoidance of doubt the Points shall not be credited upon the booking being placed by the Travel Advisor and will show as pending at that time.
- In the event that any bookings are cancelled then the Points will be removed from the Travel Advisor’s account and will no longer be capable of being credited and/or redeemed. The Points shall also no longer be capable of being redeemed in the event that the Travel Advisor ceases to be a registered travel agent.
- The Points which are credited shall entitle the Travel Advisor to move between Membership Tiers in the Rewards Program subject to the number of Points credited to the Travel Advisor’s account. The membership tiers are Ambassador, Insider, Expert and Elite (each a “Membership Tier”). No Rewards may be utilized until the Travel Advisor reaches the Ambassador Membership Tier as a minimum, other than the Intro Credit (as defined in paragraph 9).
- Points which have been credited to the Travel Advisor’s account will expire automatically on December 31st in the calendar year following the departure date of travel on the applicable booking (“Eligible Period”). For example, if Points are credited to the Travel Advisor’s account on June 15th, 2026 (for a booking that departed on June 15th, 2026) they shall expire automatically at the end of the Eligible Period on December 31st, 2027. Any Rewards which are not redeemed within the Eligible Period shall expire automatically.
- For the first booking which departs on or after January 1st, 2025 the Travel Advisor will be provided with a $100 travel credit in their account (“Intro Credit”).
- Access to the next Membership Tier shall be subject to the number of Points which are credited to the Travel Advisor’s account during each Eligible Period. The number of Points required to access each Membership Tier is as follows:
a) Ambassador – $40,000+ in booked revenue (i.e. 400+ Points);
b) Insider – $100,000+ in booked revenue (i.e. 1,000+ Points);
c) Expert – $250,000+ in booked revenue (i.e. 2,500+ Points); and
d) Elite – $500,000+ in booked revenue (i.e. 5,000+ Points).
- The Travel Advisor may only utilize and enjoy the Rewards from one Membership Tier at any one time. It is not possible to utilize multiple Rewards across different Membership Tiers. However, once in a Membership Tier the Travel Advisor may use all available Rewards which are in that Membership Tier.
- The Travel Advisor shall benefit from any credit or cashback Rewards once the Travel Advisor has been credited with the required number of Points to enter the applicable Membership Tier. To provide examples (which are illustrative only):
a) If a Travel Advisor is an Ambassador and has 500 Points (or in the alternative has booked $50,000 of departed revenue) which have been credited to the Travel Advisor’s account they may redeem all 500 Points (i.e. $50,000 of departed revenue) at the travel credit rate of 1% or the cashback rate of 0.5%.
b) If a Travel Advisor is an Expert and has 4,250 Points (or in the alternative has booked $425,000 of departed revenue) which have been credited to the Travel Advisor’s account they may redeem all 4,250 Points (i.e. $425,000 of departed revenue) at the travel credit rate of 2% or the cashback rate of 1%.
- Once Points have been redeemed or expired, irrespective of whether they are redeemed as a travel credit or cashback, they shall be removed from the Travel Advisor’s account and no longer be capable of being redeemed.
- The Rewards which are available in each Membership Tier may only be used by the Travel Advisor. Points are not transferable. No compensation will be paid to the Travel Advisor if they are not able to use their Points. The Travel Advisor is not able to sell, transfer or auction the Points on to a third party.
- The cashback which is available in each Membership Tier may only be redeemed twice a year in either April or September. Note that for 2025 any applicable cashback may be redeemed in September 2025 only and no Travel Advisors will be permitted to redeem any cashback whatsoever in April 2025. Travel credits may be redeemed at any time once they have been credited and provided the Travel Advisor is in the applicable Membership Tier. If cashback or travel credits are redeemed in respect of some of the Points then the available Points shall be reduced accordingly in respect of the amount of the travel credits or cashback which has been redeemed.
- The travel credits cannot be used for any air fares, insurance, rail travel or any Familiarisation Trips (“FAM Trips”). The travel credits can be combined with any other discounts which are offered by Europe Express from time-to-time. Travel credits are personal to the Travel Advisor and can only be used towards any bookings made by the Travel Advisor personally. The travel credits are not transferable and cannot be converted into cash. Any unused travel credits shall automatically expire in accordance with the time periods specified in paragraph 8.
- Any FAM Trips which are provided to any Travel Advisors under the Rewards Program shall be subject to the Travel Advisor signing the applicable booking conditions of Europe Express before travel (along with any other documentation which is necessary). No travel shall be permitted unless the booking conditions (and any other required documentation) has been signed by the Travel Advisor.
- All FAM Trips do not include the cost of airfare or any insurance which must be paid for separately by the Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor shall be notified by Europe Express as to what is included in the FAM Trip and what is not included and must be paid for by the Travel Advisor separately. Any deposit amounts paid by the Travel Advisor in respect of the FAM Trip is non-refundable and full payment must be received by no later than 75 days before departure.
- The Rewards Program is provided at the sole discretion of Europe Express. Europe Express therefore has the right to amend, alter, change or otherwise suspend access to the Reward Program at any time, or to otherwise amend or otherwise review these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of any changes to these Terms and Conditions the Travel Advisor will be provided with 30 days’ notice of such change and continued use of the Rewards or participation in the Rewards Program will amount to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Any suspension, alteration, change or other cessation of the Rewards Program shall not affect or eliminate any Points which have been earned, or would be earned (subject to the date of departure of the eligible booking) or any entitlement to claim any of the Rewards until the end of the Eligible Period.
- Travel Advisor may cancel his/her participation in the Reward Program at any time by sending written notice of cancellation to contact@europeexpress.com. All unredeemed Points and Rewards will be forfeited immediately and may not be reinstated or transferred. Europe Express may cancel a Travel Advisor’s accumulated Points, suspend Rewards Program benefits or cancel a Travel Advisor’s account at any time with immediate effect and without written notice, for any reason and in Europe Express’ sole discretion including, without limitation, if Europe Express believes the Travel Advisor has fraudulently claimed eligibility to earn Points or Rewards; or engaged in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the Reward Program including, without limitation, with respect to Points, Reward usage, or any other Reward Program benefits.
- Points, Rewards and other benefits may be subject to income or other taxes. The Travel Advisor shall be responsible for all taxes, liabilities, levies and any other amounts which become payable as a result of the Travel Advisor’s participation in the Rewards Program. Europe Express will not be liable for any tax liability, duty or other charges in connection with the issuance of Points, Rewards, redemptions and other benefits.
- Europe Express makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through the Rewards Program.
- Europe Express is not responsible for: (a) any loss or misdirection of, or delay in receiving, any Travel Advisor correspondence, redemption requests, Points, Rewards or Travel Advisor benefits; (b) theft or unauthorized redemption of Points or Rewards or use of Points or Rewards; (c) any acts or omissions of third parties; or (d) in respect of any errors published in relation to the Rewards Program, including, without limitation, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, errors regarding Rewards Program affiliates, and errors in the crediting or debiting of Points from Travel Advisor accounts, Europe Express reserves the right to correct, without notice, any errors.
- IN NO EVENT WILL EUROPE EXPRESS, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISE OUT OF OR ARE IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE POINTS, REWARDS, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR EUROPE EXPRESS’ OPERATION OF THE REWARDS PROGRAM.
- These Terms and Conditions, and the Travel Advisor’s participation in the Rewards Program, is governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Terms and Conditions or relating to the Rewards Program.
- Participation in the Rewards Program and the earning and redeeming of Points and Rewards are subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. Participation in the Rewards Program, Points, Rewards, Reward redemptions and other benefits are offered in good faith; however, they may not be available if prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulation in the United States or Travel Advisor’s jurisdiction of residence. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions in such jurisdiction and the remaining provisions will remain in force.
