Dress code: Shoulders and knees must be covered if you want to visit churches. Wear comfortable walking shoes; wear a hat to protect yourself from the sun.

For non-European citizens PASSPORT IS MANDATORY to pass Swiss custom while for European citizens is ok the ID card. Each document must be in original (no photo).

In case of late arrival at the meeting point and missed tour departure, no refund will be possible.

In Lugano, most stores are closed on Sundays and some might be closed on holydays.
