Next, explore Cavtat, the ancient Roman colony of Epidaurus. Once a vital seaport and the second most important hub of the Dubrovnik Republic, Cavtat is closely linked to Dubrovnik’s history. Visit the home and museum of Vlaho Bukovac, a renowned Croatian painter born in Cavtat. After some free time for lunch, you’ll return to Dubrovnik, having experienced both the stunning nature and fascinating heritage of the Konavle region.
