Small Group Tour: Marseille & Cassis Tour
The fishing port of Cassis and its limestone inlets known as calanques are among the most magnificent natural wonders in all of France. This half-day tour will introduce guests to these gems of Provence from the comfort of an air-conditioned minivan. Departing Marseille, participants will head to Cape Canaille, the highest maritime cliff in France. Here they will have time to take in the sweeping views, explore on their own in the quiet fishing port, or go for a swim if time permits. They may also choose to participate in an optional cruise along the calanques, where they will experience the towering limestone cliffs and sea coves from a whole new perspective. From the calanques, guests will proceed to Marseille for a panoramic city tour—including a photography stop at the Notre-Dame de la Garde.
