Small Group Tour: The Florentine Steak Experience - Florence Cooking Class
Held in one of the top trattorias in Florence, guests will learn how to prepare a mouth-watering steak using the best quality-certified Chianina meat along with a scrumptious Tuscan starter (anti-pasti 'Fettunta') and a choice of side dishes (roasted potatoes, greens, salad and traditional Tuscan white beans). Taught by expert chefs, this immersive cooking course provides guests with authentic culinary instruction including tips on butcher cuts, using high quality ingredients, and various meal-preparation techniques. Chef's apron (and wine!) included!
