City Sightseeing Florence Tour - 24 Hours
Two routes – one ticket! In the romantic region of Tuscany lies the jewel city of the Renaissance, Florence. Surrounded by the Appenine mountain chain it lies in a fertile valley surrounded by the charming Tuscan vinyards and olive groves. The art galleries and museums of Florence are renowned throughout the world and holiday makers flock to admire the superb David of Michaelangelo, the Venus of Botticelli or the stunning Duomo with its marble facade which glows in the golden sunlight. Your ticket is valid on Line A and Line B routes.
You may visit the Sightseeing Experience Visitor Center located inside the Santa Maria Novella Train Station platform). They are open from 8:30am to 4:00pm and can exchange your voucher. They also have maps available.
This tour is provided on an Open Voucher basis. There is no need for reservations, simply take your voucher to the start point and they will validate your ticket.

Line A: Operating daily. The service can be started from either Florence Santa Maria Novella Rail Station or Piazzale Galileo. From Florence Santa Maria Novella Rail Station, first departure at 9:30AM, last departure at 4:30PM. From Piazzale Galileo, first departure at 10:07AM, last departure at 6:46PM. Buses run every 70 minutes.
Line B : Operating daily. The first stop is Piazzale Galileo. First departure at 10:45AM, last departure at 4:38PM. Buses run every 120 minutes.

You can obtain information and a tour map at the Sightseeing Experience Visitor Center, located at SMN Station, Platform 16; it is open 8:30AM-4:00PM April-October. You can also exchange your voucher for a ticket here.
People wearing shorts or with uncovered shoulders may not be admitted into museums and churches.
Pre-recorded commentary is available in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Japanese and Portuguese.

For safety reasons, luggage, awkward bags, large backpacks or bulky bags are not permitted on City Sightseeing buses.
Paper voucher must be exchanged on the open bus branded CitySightseeing. (Showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted.)
Small and medium sized domestic animals are only permitted on City Sightseeing buses if they are leashed and muzzled or in a clean, secure pet carrier. The animal must not cause any disturbance or make a mess. The driver can deny access at any time. Owner is responsible for any damage.
